THE PROMOTER
1. Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4TZ. Registered in England No. 517211.
ELIGIBILITY
1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) aged 18 years or over only who are affiliated with a football club officially recognised by the FA, SFA, or FAW. This coaches, registered club members, or parents/guardians of children actively involved with such clubs, except:
  - (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
  - (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
  - (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
THE PROMOTION
1. The title of the promotion is Morrisons Pepsi Women’s Euro’s WIN cash for your local football club
2. The Promotional Period will open at 09:00 on 01/07/2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 31/07/2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3. To enter, purchase any participating pack of Doritos, Walkers Mx or Pepsi Max in Morrisons. For in store entry, scan the QR code on promotional marketing material or visit www.morrisonspepsifootball.com, enter email address, name, upload photo of receipt. For text entry, text STRIKE to 60777. For text entry, retain receipt as this will be required at prize acceptance.
4. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person. Maximum of 1 prize per person.
5. Promotional Products: All Doritos formats & all Walkers MAX formats and all Pepsi formats bought in Morrisons stores or Morrisons online in the UK are valid products for participation in the promotion.
6. Entrants must have Internet Access, a mobile phone, a valid email address and a UK bank account to enter this promotion.
7. Purchase necessary. Retain proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to of entry.
8. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
9. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
10. Text messages will be charged at your standard network rate (they may not be included within any free text package). Please check with the bill payer before sending a text entry. Entrants are advised to take care when submitting an entry; the Promoter is not responsible for mistypes and incorrect texts may still be charged. Only correctly submitted entries will be accepted. For the avoidance of doubt, text entries featuring spelling mistakes will be disqualified. Capital or lowercase letters will both be accepted. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered but may still be charged.
THE PRIZES
1. The prizes consist of:
  - £500 cash prizes for your local football team affiliated with the FA, SFA or FAW in England, Wales and Scotland delivered via BACS payment.
2. There are 20 Prizes available to be won in total.
3. The Prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its Supplier (Savvy Marketing, 15-17 High Ct Ln, Leeds LS2 7EU).
4. Prizes are not transferable and there no other alternative.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
WINNER SELECTION
1. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period via a randomised prize draw on Monday 11th August 2025.
WINNER NOTIFCATION
1. Text Entries: Winners will be notified via text message on the mobile phone number used to enter the promotion within 7 working days of the Draw Date (Monday 11th August 2025). Winners will then be contacted within 48 hours via phone call to confirm prize acceptance, provide proof of purchase and provide ID (government issued photographic ID clearly showing the winner’s date of birth). Winners will also be asked to provide their football club’s name and the football club’s treasurer or finance contact details including name and email address and all requested details must be provided within 14 days. Once this detail is provided the treasurer of the football clubs will be contacted via email and will be asked to provide proof of FA affiliation, confirm the winner is registered with the football club as a current player, coach or club member and provide the football club’s UK bank details via a secure process including sort code and account number within 14 days of initial contact. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously. Two attempts will be made to contact winners via phone call.
2. Instore Entries: All winners will receive a winning confirmation email (the “Winning Confirmation Email”), sent to the email address provided at the time of entry within 7 working days from the draw date and will be required to respond via email within 14 working days of initial notification to confirm prize acceptance and provide ID (government issued photographic ID clearly showing the winner’s date of birth). Winners will also be asked to provide their football club’s name and the football club’s treasurer or finance contact details including name and email address and all requested details must be provided within 14 days. Once this detail is provided the treasurer of the football clubs will be contacted via email and will be asked to provide proof of FA affiliation, confirm the winner is registered with the football club as a current player, coach or club member and provide the football club’s UK bank details via a secure process including sort code and account number within 14 days of initial contact. Confirmation of their county of residence will also be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. Two attempts will be made to contact winners with a Winning Confirmation email.
3. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
4. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 working days, rejects their prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw a reserve winner using the same methodology as above. This process will repeat twice, at which point any unclaimed prizes will be declared null and void.
5. PRIZE DELIVERY
  1. Please allow 28 days from valid acceptance and completion of the verification process for delivery of the Prize. Prizes will be delivered via BACS transfer to the bank details supplied during prize claim.
  2. If any Prizes are undelivered due to inaccurate details the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
DATA PROTECTION
1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion.
2. Subject to promotion winners consent, the Promoter may use name, image and town or county of residence information to announce the winner of this promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. Winners further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
3. Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: http://www.britvic.com/privacy
4. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the Promotional Period before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to britvicteam@getsavvy.com
GENERAL
1. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
2. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
3. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
7. The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting britvicteam@getsavvy.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing britvicteam@getsavvy.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
8. For the avoidance of doubt, Walkers Snacks Limited and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. By entering this prize draw, you acknowledge and accept that Britvic Soft Drinks is the sole promoter in relation to this promotion.
9. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of Great Britain in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction
